What is a kiosk?

Kiosks are touch-screen computer-based terminals, such as an iPad, Android tablet, Microsoft Surface, or other tablet. Kiosks are used in healthcare to increase convenience and streamline processes. Kiosks increase efficiency and cost savings, improve accessibility, and save staff and patients time.

ChiroUp allows subscribers to implement kiosks in their clinics through our kiosk pairing technology.

Connecting a kiosk to ChiroUp will allow your patients to complete subjective surveys, questionnaires, and consent forms conveniently and securely within your clinic. Patients will also be able to check in to their appointment via the kiosk.

💡 Kiosk Pro Tip: Enable ‘Kiosk Mode’ on your kiosk device!

Enable Kiosk mode [Guided Access (Apple devices) or Screen Pinning (Android devices)] to lock only one app (the HealthCom Kiosk site) to the screen, thereby preventing the use of other apps or settings.
