You can send digital surveys via text, email, or kiosk anytime from the patient record or when adding a new patient!
Click either option to find out how to send digital surveys:
From the patient record (existing patients)
1) Navigate to the patient's record and select the arrow icon.
2) Select the digital survey you wish to send from the dropdown.
3) Confirm the desired destination, and click “Send now.”
When adding a new patient (new patients)
Here's how to send a digital survey when adding a new patient:
1) Click on “Request Info” and select the digital survey you wish to deliver.
2) Confirm the destination and click "Create".
