How will patients use the kiosk?

Kiosk is one method for delivering digital surveys to your patients (additionally, you can send via email or text). Users will send digital surveys directly to the kiosk to complete. After entering their mobile number into the kiosk, the patient will then be able to complete the requested digital survey(s) as well as any outstanding digital surveys. 

Remember, Kiosks are optional! A Kiosk allows you to send digital surveys to be completed, but it is not required in order to enjoy the full benefits of ChiroUp. Click here to find out how to send digital surveys via email or text.‍ 


Here's a step-by-step walkthrough:

1) Patients will begin by entering their mobile phone number and then selecting Submit.

2a) If a patient does not have any questionnaires or consent forms to complete, they will be alerted that they have no surveys to complete at this time. 

2b) If a patient has any incomplete surveys, the patient will be prompted to complete them.

💡Pro Tips:

  • Access the kiosk sign-in page on your paired kiosk at app.healthcom.io/kiosk
  • Enable Guided Access (Apple devices) or Screen Pinning (Android devices) to lock only one app (the HealthCom Kiosk site) to the screen, therefore preventing the use of other apps or settings.
