Here's how to edit your Schedule View:
On the Schedule, click the gear icon in the bottom-right corner to open Schedule View Settings:
- - / + Zoom: zoom out or in on the schedule view
- Show Rooms & Show Providers: toggle ON to show Rooms and/or Provider columns on the schedule
- Hide Cancellations: toggle ON to hide cancelled appointments from your schedule.
- Column width: adjust the column widths on your schedule to expand or shrink how many columns are shown at a time
- Add Block: add a block to a provider's schedule.

Further customize your Scheduling preferences in Clinic Settings > Scheduling.
In your Scheduling preference, you can customize different feature such as your appointment start time interval as well as your time block gridline interval!
