Ignore Quiet Hours

By default, Quiet Hours are respected from 8:00pm-8:00am local time. This means that any automated appointment reminders scheduled to send during Quiet Hour time will queue to send when Quiet Hours are over at 8:00am local time.

Toggle ON Ignore Quiet Hours to allow automated texts to send when scheduled, even during Quiet Hours.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

This is where you can restrict how far in advanced a patient is able to cancel their appointment from the online scheduling site. When set to no restriction, the patient my cancel an appointment at any time.

Appointment default treatment & duration

When scheduling an appointment, this treatment and duration will be selected by default. You have the ability to select other treatment types depending on what treatments you've selected for online scheduling in your disciplines and treatments.

Appointment start time interval

When scheduling an appointment, select the interval to determine the available time slots, such as every 5, 10, or 15 minutes. This is also applicable to the time intervals set in online scheduling.

Time Block Interval

Select the interval to determine the grid layout of the schedule view. For example, if set to 30 minutes, the schedule will display gridlines in 30-minute increments.
