Creating condition reports and requesting info work a bit differently in ChiroUp EHR compared to the original ChiroUp Essentials platform you're familiar with. To help ease the transition during your onboarding period, we've outlined in this article how to navigate these features from the time you first get access to the EHR until you're live.
Requesting info before go live
Here's how to request info while you're waiting to go live:
ChiroUp EHR will automatically import clinical and intake surveys directly into the SOAP note, so we have adjusted where you can request surveys to ensure that the requests are tied to the note for import. Until you go-live, you will request all info from the patient's chart. Please note this includes new patient surveys - you can no longer request info from the new patient screen.
You will request information from the Chart tab of the patient record. Click the + icon.
Select Request Information
Proceed with your info request!
💡Pro tip:
After going live, we recommend sending surveys from the appointment panel's Request Info option. This will ensure that all surveys are tied to the encounter and will directly import into the SOAP note!!
Creating reports before go live
Here's how to create a Condition report while you're waiting to go live:
Just like in like in your original ChiroUp Essentials account, you can create condition reports in your ChiroUp EHR account using the green RX icon anywhere you see it.
💡Pro tip:
Once you ‘go-live’ with ChiroUp EHR, we advise RXing reports from the Communications module within the Encounter. This will automatically pull in the condition(s) you selected within the Assessment Wizard!
💡Pro tip:
We advise Requesting info from the patient's chart while you are onboarding with ChiroUp before going live. However, once you have gone live, it is important that you sending surveys via the appointment panel or encounter— doing so will ensure that the completed surveys import automatically into your note!
