What are intake groups?

In ChiroUp, you'll find two intake groups: Basic Intake and Detailed Intake. These groups are designed to streamline your intake process by enabling you to send multiple surveys with just one selection.

Simply choose an intake group when sending a survey, and the corresponding surveys will automatically populate for your patients. 

• Basic Intake Group is designed for simple presentations or re-activations of existing patients. 
• Detailed Intake Group is designed for new patients. 

How do I add or edit the surveys in each group? 

Navigate to your Clinic Settings and click on Patient Preferences. Towards the bottom of the page, you'll find options to add or delete surveys in the various intake groups.
