Upon check-in, patients will either complete the Chief Complaint Survey, Interim survey, or Re-exam survey. The Re-exam survey is prompted throughout care based on the re-evaluation interval that you set. This can be changed on a patient-by-patient basis within the Schedule & Goals section of their note.
Here's how to set the clinic default Re-evaluation interval:
1. Navigate to the Condition Reference under Clinical Skills
2. Click on the ellipsis icon and select Edit care plan
3. Input your desired re-evaluation interval! As a reminder, this is the interval at which patients will be prompted with the re-exam survey upon check-in. For example, entering 5 means that every fifth visit, the patient will be prompted with the re-exam survey.
