In the Assessment Wizard, you can mark a complaint as PRN ("as needed"). Complaints marked as PRN will not prompt surveys upon check-in relating to that complaint. Additionally, your SOAP Note Output will notate “No specific treatment plan is established for the patient as their care is provided on an as-needed basis (PRN)” within the Assessment section.
Note: if the patient has multiple complaints, they will still receive a survey pertaining to the complaints not marked as PRN.
To mark a complaint as PRN, simply toggle ON the PRN switch in the Assessment Wizard.
