As a subscription service, your plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis per location, not per user. *If you have more than one location, a second subscription is required. 

Accounts set up as locations will share one primary subscription and be billed together. 

Independently operated multi-clinics will be billed separately and have their own accounts. For multi-clinics, you'll still be able to access both clinics from your user account‍!
