Connecting a kiosk to ChiroUp will allow you to send digital surveys such as functional disability surveys, intake surveys, and consent forms to your patients conveniently and securely within your clinic.
Connecting a kiosk is an OPTIONAL ChiroUp feature enabling patients to complete digital surveys at your clinic. While designed to enhance the survey experience, it's not essential to enjoy the full benefits of ChiroUp!
