Your modalities database is home to all modalities that your clinic offers. It is important to add each modality so they can be ordered during an encounter. The provider can order modalities within the Plan Wizard, and they can also be added in the Modalities detail module by staff.
Here's how to add a modality to your database:
1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Databases.
2) Then, navigate to the Modalities tab.
3) Click the +Add button.
4) Enter modality details— including Name, Suggested intensity, Suggested time, icon, and any associated billing code. If you associate a billing code, this code will tie to this modality selection in the Plan Wizard. Remember to Save!
5) Continue adding each modality your clinic offers!
💡Pro-tip:
Click the Heart next to each modality to “favorite” that modality. Favoriting a modality will make it available for easy selection within the Plan Wizard.
