Provider dashboard

The Provider Dashboard offers a quick view of checked-in patients and easy navigation to their SOAP Note, modalities, exercises, and purchase. 


Here's how to access the Provider dashboard: 

1) Click the activty bell in the top right corner of your account. 

 

2) View the Provider dashboard!


🌟Understanding the Provider Dashboard

The Provider dashboard will show you all patients that have checked-in for your specified timeframe and whether certain actions have been completed during their visit.  

When each of the icons is highlighted GREEN, that action has been completed for that patient. Any icons in GRAY indicate that the action is incomplete. 

Click each icon to easily navigate to the corresponding location. 

  • SOAP Note Signed (click to navigate to the SOAP note

  • Payment received (click to navigate to patient purchase)


🌟Filtering the Provider Dashboard

By default, ChiroUp will display today's checked-in patients on the Provider Dashboard. You can change this by filtering to any other date or date range! 

Providers will only see their own patients by default. Non-provider users will see all patients by default. Use the People icon to filter and view patients assigned to specific provider(s).

 

Refine your view by filtering appointment status (checked-in, checked-out, or all). You can also sort the provider dashboard by check-in time or appointment time, and filter to display only patients with unsigned notes.


💡Pro-tips: 

  • The Provider Dashboard is a great tool to keep open throughout the day for easy navigation to patient notes. At the end of the day, it helps you quickly see which notes need to be signed.
  • The color for each patient on your Provider Dashboard correlates with their Treatment Type on the schedule!
