How can I report a new issue or communicate with the Support team about an existing case?
When you click Create / Manage Cases, you'll be taken to your Support Cases portal.

How can I submit ideas for new ChiroUp features and vote on ideas from other users?
When you click Suggest Features & Vote, you be taken to the ChiroUpVote portal.

What is ChiroUpVote?
ChiroUpVote is your direct line to our development team. It’s a simple, transparent space where you can suggest new features, vote on ideas from fellow users, and tell us exactly how a tool would—or wouldn't—work in a real-world clinical setting.
When viewing the portal, you'll see 4 different feature statuses:
- Under Review: You’ve submitted an idea and our team is reviewing it for clarity, safety, and scope. We may lightly edit or combine it with similar ideas before it becomes visible to everyone for voting.
- Open for Voting: This idea is live. Everyone can see it, comment on it, upvote it, and help refine it. The most valuable and popular ideas rise to the top and help guide what we build next.
- In Progress: This request has been accepted and is now in our development queue. Our product and engineering teams are actively working on it.
- Completed: This feature has been built and released. It’s now available in ChiroUp.

- When you submit a New Request, your request will live under the Under Review status while our team reviews before opening the idea up to community voting.
- When you submit a feature request, it goes directly to our development team, where our product leaders review it. As we plan future enhancements, your ideas and suggestions are front and center in guiding what we build next. We can't promise timelines for implementation, but we do promise every request is thoroughly reviewed and considered by our team!

Head to the Open for Voting section of ChiroUpVote to explore feature requests from other members of the ChiroUp community. Vote on the ideas that would make the biggest impact on your clinic. Your feedback helps us prioritize the features that streamline your workflows and matter most to you.
