ChiroUp automatically carries your SOAP findings forward automatically from one encounter to the next when the patient checks in.

Need to carry forward your findings again later? You can manually carry forward SOAP information from any previous encounter into your current note at any time. This is especially helpful if you're catching up on documentation.

Here's how to manually carry forward SOAP info: 

1. Open the encounter where you want to apply carried-forward SOAP information.

2. Click the ellipsis on the right-side and click Carry Forward From…

3. Select the encounter date you would like to carry forward from and click Carry Forward!

4. You'll then see SOAP info (like Assessment and Objective findings) carry forward into your current note!
