Provider Schedule

Setting a user schedule for each provider will display provider availability on the Schedule and the online scheduling site. 

A provider must have a user schedule set for patients to book appointments with them using the patient-facing scheduler.


Here’s how to set user schedules for each provider: 

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

 

2) Navigate to the Users tab.

3) Locate the provider for whom you want to set a schedule and click Schedule within that provider's row. 

 

4) Input the provider’s hours and location. 

 

💡Pro tip: 

Have lunch hours? Use the green + icon to add multiple sets of hours to one day! 

 

 

 

5) Input any Date overrides. 

  • Setting a date override will grey-out provider availability on the Schedule and prevent scheduling during that time on your online scheduling site. 

6) Remember to hit Save! 

 

💡Pro-tips:

  • Use the Copy icon to copy the hours you've input for one day to other days. 
  • Use the Add icon to add an additional set of hours for one day. (Morning and afternoon hours, for example). 
  • Use the Trash icon to remove a set of hours from a day. 
 

 

Notes!

  • Patients cannot book a provider on the online scheduling site if a provider does not have a schedule set.
  • Users will still be able to book appointments on the Schedule for providers who do not have a schedule set.
