By default, automated appointment reminders and survey requests are sent to patients between 8am and 8pm, based on your clinic’s local time, to observe quiet hours. Any messages queued outside of that window will be sent when quiet hours end at 8am local time.
You can turn off quiet hours in your Clinic Settings.
Navigate to Clinic Settings and then to the Scheduling tab.
When toggled ON, quiet hours will be ignored and your automated appointment reminders will send at the scheduled time.
