When a patient completes a digital survey, you can view their survey results in their patient record.
Here's how to view digital survey results:
1) From the patient record, click the Activity tab and select the survey you wish to see the response for.
2) View results...it's that easy!! (Note: Scroll to view responses to each question.)

When a patient completes a survey, you will see a notification on your activity bell, as shown below. Open the bell and click the link to jump straight to survey results in the patient record!
