In the Reporting tab, you will find your Patient Care Metrics. Metrics are derived both from your ChiroUp account activity and post-care survey results.
Here's a breakdown of each metric:
- Total Condition Reports: the total number of condition reports that your clinic has prescribed.
- Post-care Surveys Completed: the total number of post-care surveys that your clinic has received completed.
- 30-day Average improvement: calculated from responses to question #1 on the post-care survey— “How much better do you feel as compared to initially?”
- Patient Satisfaction: calculated from responses to question #3 on the post-care survey— “How would you rate your overall experience in our office?"
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): calculated from responses to question #4 on the post-care survey— “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?"
- NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The resulting score can range from -100 to +100.

- Initial Reports Generated: total number of initial reports that your clinic has generated for primary healthcare providers.
- Release Reports Generated: total number of release reports that your clinic has generated for primary healthcare providers.
- Referrals: total number of MD referrals. MD referrals are tracked when a user indicates Referred by healthcare provider when generating an initial report.
⚠️ The Outcome Tracker must be turned ON for post-care survey-related statistics to populate.

You can filter Patient Care Metrics by provider (admins only) and by date!
