The A/R aging report provides a summary of all outstanding balances— including both patient and payor balances. It is designed to give you insights into your receivable balances and their ages.

To generate your A/R report, first select your desired filters. Here is a overview of the available filters:
- Days Outstanding: filter by how many days outstanding the balance is
- Payor: filter to see balances outstanding from a specific payor
- Billing Priority: filter by balances related to primary, secondary, or tertiary claims
- Patient: filter to see balances outstanding from a specific patient
- Provider: filter to see balances outstanding on purchases related to a specific provider
- Location: filter to see balances outstanding for purchase related to a specific location
- Case Type: filter to see balances on purchases associated with a specific case type
After selecting your desired filters, click Generate Report.


- Total Invoiced: This is the total amount that is billed. For balances billed to payors, this will include the contractual adjustment that you will write-off at the time of ERA posting.
- Total Outstanding: This is the outstanding payment we are expecting to receive (it does not include what we estimate contractual adjustment will be)
To find further insights into these balances, click on any line item.
- Clicking on a Payor line item will show all associated claims with this payor balance outstanding. Click any line item to show the claim details.

- Clicking on a Patient line item outstanding will show all purchases with outstanding balances for the patient. Click any line item to open the purchase.

View the top 10 Outstanding patient accounts and top 5 outstanding Payor accounts to view those accounts and balances!

You can generate batch statements from this screen by clicking the Generate Statements button!
