There are two ways to modify or edit "outcome goals" on the condition report. You can adjust them either per condition or directly on the fly within the condition report builder. Here's how:
Editing per condition
Outcome goals are customizable for each condition. The customized outcome goal will replace your global default outcome goal for condition reports with a single customized diagnosis. When multiple conditions with different goals are present, the care plan with the highest goal will take precedence.
Here's how to edit the outcome goal per condition:
1) Navigate to the condition you want to customize in the Condition Reference.
2) Select the Edit button in the top right corner.
3) Go to the Assessment tab and modify the outcome goal as desired.
4) Click Save.
The customized outcome goal will automatically populate the next time you prescribe this condition!
*Note:
Since patients generally present with multiple conditions, most users rely on their global default outcome goal and make adjustments directly in the condition report; however, due to several user requests, we offer the ability to customize outcome goal defaults per condition as well.
Editing “on the fly” in the condition report
1) Navigate to the Goals section of the condition report.
2) Enter the goal for the overall improvement percentage.
3) Optional: Select the Expand button and enter the Initial VAS and VAS goal as well as the Initial DASH and DASH goal. You also have the option to enter additional goals in the free text box.
4) Ensure all information is entered on the condition report, and click Save to create your report.
Note: If you wish to turn off goal tracking, move the green toggle to the left.
