Patients will receive their surveys and reminders via your clinic's default communication method (you can set this in your clinic settings). However, you can also set a preferred communication method for individual patients.
If a patient has no set preferred communication method, they will receive communications via your clinic's preferred communication method.
Here's how to change your patient's preferred contact method:
1) Navigate to the patient record and click Edit.
2) Scroll down to the Prefers dropdown, then select the preferred contact method (None, Text message, Email).
3) Remember to hit Save!
