We recommend building up your healthcare provider database to help facilitate MD communications. By building a database of local providers, you will streamline the process of creating and sending initial and release reports (aka MD letters). Once you add a provider to your database, you can start generating initial and release reports to send to your patient's healthcare provider.
Here's how to add a Healthcare Provider:
1) Navigate to Providers and Facilities under Admin.
2) Select the +Add button at the top.
3) Enter the healthcare provider's information and click Create.

Be sure to include the fax number to streamline subsequent initial/release report delivery and designate their Specialty to maximize future marketing differentiation.
