When ChiroUp detects duplicate patient records in your system, you will have the option to merge all duplicates into one record.
Here's how to merge duplicate patient records:
1) Navigate to Merge Patients under the Admin tab.
2) Select which patients you wish to merge, and click Merge Selected.
3) Review and confirm the merge.

💡Pro Tip
ChiroUp will also alert you of potential duplicates when you add a new patient. To bypass, simply click Create anyway. To merge, select the patient(s) you would like to merge, and then you will have the option to Create & Merge.
