Select which SOAP detail information (Modalities, Exercises, Tests, Vitals) populates into your Signed SOAP note. 

SOAP Detail population preferences are a per-user setting. Each provider in your clinic can designate their own SOAP Prefernces. 

Here's where to access SOAP Detail Preferences: 

Navigate to User Settings and then to SOAP Preferences. 

Here's what to know about toggling on SOAP Note Details: 

Toggle ON each item you would like to populate into the Details section of your signed SOAP Note. 

Toggle ON Include completion data if you would like to also document which user marks the modality and/or exercise as Complete. 

Admin users and the rendering provider can change which user completed the modality by clicking the user's name and selecting from the drop-down available. 

If the user has a signature saved, then the SOAP Output will also include their signature.
