Adding a provider signature

Here's how to add a provider signature:

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select User settings.

 

2) Under the General tab, scroll down to and click the +Signature button. 

 

3) Use your mouse (or finger/stylus, if using a touch-screen device) to create your signature. 

 

4) Click Save! You're signature will then be saved to your account and can be applied to signed SOAP notes.
