ChiroUp’s Two-way texting makes patient communication fast, easy, and more connected, with everything built to be HIPAA and TCPA-compliant.
- Send and receive text messages directly in ChiroUp
- Enhance appointment reminders by sending multiple text reminders
- One text reminder is included with your standard EHR subscription, and the Two-way Texting add-on gives you the flexibility to send multiple reminders.
- Please note that Two-way Texting does not support mass messaging to patients.
Here's ChiroUp Two-way Texting Pricing Breakdown:
- $99/month for up to 5,000 two-way text messages
- Overages: $0.02 per message
- Two-way texts include both messages sent by your clinic and messages received from patients.
- Texts that do not count against your 5,000-messages:
- Appointment reminders (up to one text reminder per appointment)
- Survey requests
- Additional texted appointment reminders sent beyond the first default reminder do count toward your 5,000-message allowance
A Note About Message Length and Usage:
- A single SMS text message can contain up to 160 characters
- Longer texts are automatically split into multiple segments
- Patients will usually see the full message as one seamless text, but on the billing side, each segment counts as a separate message
- This means long messages are unlikely to be truncated, but they may increase your message usage and overage costs
Usage Tracking:
- Message usage and overage alerts are visible in ChiroUp on your Subscription page.
- Clinics can monitor totals in real time to avoid unexpected charges.
- Clinics can maximize the value of the included 5,000 messages each month by keeping messages concise, monitoring usage, and ensuring appointment reminders are reply-enabled.
