ChiroUp's Two-way Texting……Coming Soon!
f your clinic has multiple locations, ChiroUp offers flexible options for managing two-way texting:
Option 1: Shared number across locations: All locations use the same texting number, so messages are sent and received from one number regardless of the clinic location or where the patient is scheduled.
Option 2: Individual numbers per location: Each location has its own texting number. Messages are sent and received based on the location selected in ChiroUp or the location of the patient’s appointment.

Option 1: Shared number across locations
If you would like to use just one phone number across all clinic locations, you'll follow the normal process of setting up Two-way Texting. Once your Brand/Campaign application is approved (after Step 3), you can assign your provisioned texting number to all clinic locations.
If your Brand/Campaign is not approved, STOP here. Once approved, you can return to assign a texting number to your clinic.
Here's how to assign your texting number to each clinic location:
To do so, navigate to Clinic Settings > Messaging. Then scroll down to the Phone Numbers section.
Click the Manage button.

Make sure your Brand/Campaign is selected, then check each location you want to assign the number to. Since you’re using the same texting number across all locations, ensure that all locations are selected.

Option 2: Individual numbers per location
If you would like to use different texting numbers for each clinic location, follow the standard process of setting up Two-way Texting. Once your Brand/Campaign application is approved (after Step 3), you will:
- Subscribe to an additional texting number
- Provision the new texting number
- Assign each number to a location.
If your Brand/Campaign is not yet approved, STOP here. Once approved, you can return to continue setting up your additional number here.
Here's how to subscribe to an additional texting number:
Navigate to your Subscription page by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner.

Scroll to the Optional Add-On section and click the option to Add Another Number (+99/mo).
Each texting number you subscribe for is billed at $99/month. Each number will have their own allotted usage.

Confirm that you would like to add an additional number.

After successfully subscribing, you'll see your Current Numbers update on your subscription page:

Here's how to provision your additional texting number:
Once your Brand/Campaign has been approved, you can provision your new number in Clinic Settings > Messaging.
Since you've subscribed to an additional number, you'll see the purple +Add Number button. Click on this button to provision your second texting number.

This will open a screen allowing you to provision a new texting number for your additional clinic location.

Here's how to assign your texting numbers to each clinic location:
After you've provisioned the second number and your Brand/Campaign has been approved, now its time to assign your number to each location!
Click the Manage button to assign either number to a location.

Check the box for the location you want to assign the number to. Repeat for each number!

After successfully assigning each number to a clinic location, you're numbers will display like this:
