Many of our email communications are sent through our CRM (customer relationship management system). If you are not receiving these emails, review the following troubleshooting tips to determine why:
1) Your email address is incorrect. (Contact support@chiroup.com to update!)
2) Communications are being sent to your SPAM or Marketing folders. Make sure to add us to your safe sender list! (add team@chiroup.com, adrienne@chiroup.com, becki@chiroup.com, k.tegtmeier@chiroup.com, and support@chiroup.com to your safe sender list)
3) Your security settings (i.e. firewall, spam settings, etc.) are preventing our emails from being received. Check with your system administrator to see if our emails are being blocked, and if there is a solution to ensuring our emails can be received).
4) If you are still unable to receive our emails, we can always add a secondary email address for communication purposes to your ChiroUp account. To do this, please contact support@chiroup.com.
