While ChiroUp does not currently “integrate” with your EHR — it is COMPATIBLE with EVERY EHR!

ChiroUp is presently designed to complement your EHR by storing a copy of every correspondence in our online platform.  Anytime that you create or send a ChiroUp report, survey, PCP initial report, PCP release report, or receive responses from your patients — ChiroUp stores a dated record of that correspondence in your patient’s record.  

This allows you or your staff to access any necessary documentation if ever called upon by insurance companies, attorneys, medical doctors, etc.

ChiroUp also offers the ability to copy info‍ (i.e., exercises, etc.) directly to your clipboard and drop it into your patient’s EHR profile. However, most providers never use this function, because they simply include a generic templated statement in their SOAP note plan: (example)

"Therapeutic home exercises for flexibility and stabilization were prescribed. I explained each of these exercises in detail and the exercises were demonstrated for 8-15 minutes. A copy of this program was recorded in the patient’s online chart."

Since most EHRs make it extremely difficult to download patient demographic information — ChiroUp has simplified the patient data input process too.  We suggest having your staff text or email an automated request to the patient so they can enter their own information directly into the ChiroUp system!
