Sometimes the ChiroUp Support team may need temporary access to your account to investigate an issue, troubleshoot workflows, or assist with setup and configuration questions. This article will walk you through how to securely grant and manage Support access within ChiroUp.
Here's how to grant ChiroUp Support access to your account:
1. Navigate to the Support Hub in the bottom corner of your left-side navigation panel.
2. Click Manage Access.

3. Indicate access parameters:
- Select the Duration of access. ChiroUp Support will only have access for the time period you set. If additional access is needed after it expires, you’ll need to grant it again.

Select the user in your account that you want the ChiroUp Support team to access. This allows Support to act as that user to view, update, test workflows, and troubleshoot directly on your behalf.
- 🔐 Admins can grant access to act as any user. Non-admin users can only grant access for Support to “act as” themselves.
- Optionally indicate the Reason for support access.
4. Click Grant Access.

Here's how to manage Support access:
On the Support Access page, you'll see all active Support Access sessions. You can revoke access at anytime by click Revoke.
