Editing a Track

You can edit a patient's track to update fields like the track name, included complaints, associated treatments and providers, and track settings. 


Here is how to edit a patient track: 

1. In the patient record, click on the Track icon in the top right corner

 

2. Click Edit on the track you would like to edit. 

 

3. From this edit screen, you can now take actions such as renaming the track (ChiroUp will label the track after the complaint by default), changing which complaints are associated with the track, adjust associated treatments/providers, adjust survey settings, or delete the track. 


Pro tips:

  • One complaint can be associated across multiple tracks! This will ensure accurate subjective survey documentation, but still allow for separate SOAP Notes. 
  • Have duplicate tracks to manage? Although you cannot merge tracks in ChiroUp, you can manage duplicate tracks by deleting whichever track you don't need, and editing the correct track to include all required complaints and associated providers/treatments!
