View survey results

Patient surveys are an integral part of ChiroUp EHR. Patients will be completing a survey at each visit. There are a few ways you can manage complete (or incomplete) surveys in ChiroUp EHR.

There are a couple of places where you can view survey completion in ChiroUp. Choose the method that best fits your workflow.

  • Notification feed: a great way to keep track of what surveys are being completed in live-time.
  • Activity log: a great way to see if a specific has completed their subjective survey (Chief Complaint, Interim, or Re-exam) upon check-in.
  • Patient Chart: a great way to view all-time survey activity for a specific patient.

1) Notification feed

To access the survey notification feed, click the bell icon in the top right corner of your account. Then, ensure you're on the inbox feed by clicking the inbox icon at the bottom of the activity panel.

This activity feed will give a notification when a survey has been completed. Monitoring the notification feed is a great way to keep track of what surveys are being completed in live-time.

Click on the linked patient name (to navigate to the patient record) or the linked survey name (to view survey results).

2) Appointment panel

Click on any patient appointment to open the appointment panel. Scroll to open up the Activity Log

The Activity Log will show all updates relevant to the appointment— including survey completion. Monitoring the Activity Log is a great way to see if a specific has completed their subjective survey (Chief Complaint, Interim, or Re-exam) upon check-in.

3) Patient Chart

The patient chart will show an entire log of interactions with or on behalf of the patient— including surveys. The chart is a great way to view all-time survey activity for a specific patient.

From the patient record, select the Chart tab. To view only survey requests, we recommend filtering by Request for Info.

Click any of the line items to view more details on the request.
