As we plan future enhancements, your ideas and suggestions are front and center in guiding what we build next. We can't promise timelines for implementation, but we do promise every request is thoroughly reviewed and considered by our team! 

How can I use the Support Hub to report a new issue or communicate with the Support team about an existing case?

When you click Create / Manage Cases, you'll be taken to your Support Cases portal. 


Here is a rundown of everything you can do in your Support Cases portal: 

✅ Create a new case using the green +Create a Case button

✅ Click any open case to respond directly to our support team! 

 

✅ Search & Filter your cases!
