Our standard subscription includes everything you need to run a chiropractic office, including creating and managing patient records, billing patients directly, and generating insurance claims. However, not all providers bill insurance companies, so instead of raising prices for everyone, we’ve separated the cost for fully-integrated insurance claim submission.

We offer fully integrated clearinghouse options through TriZetto and Infinedi. These options include the tools needed to transform a bill into a submittable insurance claim and subsequently upload the ERA back into your EHR. Our fees for using those clearinghouses already include this fully integrated functionality.

For providers who prefer to use a different clearinghouse, we also offer a Bring Your Own Clearinghouse (BYOC) option. This allows you to use the clearinghouse of your choice, but still gives you access to the advanced tools needed to prepare a claim for submission. That functionality requires a separate fee, since it’s not part of the base subscription.

While it might seem simple to create a claim form and send it to a clearinghouse, building the tools to generate clean, compliant claims took months of development. The tools function like a mini platform inside our system, and they require ongoing maintenance and licensing on our end to keep up with payer requirements.

This approach keeps our pricing fair, flexible, and tailored to your needs, whether or not you bill insurance.
