Manual Bank Entry to Update Subscription Payment

If you need to update your payment method to your subscription, you can do so by navigating to Subscription and then to Payment Information in the top right corner of your screen. 

 

If you are unable to locate your bank using this method, then you'll need to manually enter your bank


Here's how to manually enter your bank: 

1. Navigate to the bottom of your subscription page and click Need to connect a bank account manually? 

 

2. Enter your email, full name, and search for your bank. If you cannot find your bank, click the blue Enter bank details manually link to manually enter bank details. 

 

 

 

 

3. After submitting, you'll see a confirmation screen letting you know that we'll start the micro deposit verification process. You can continue back to ChiroUp and save bank account information. 

 

💡Pro Tip: 

When searching for a financial institution, it is best to use the full bank name rather than abbreviations. For example, searching “First Community National Bank” will return results, whereas “FCNB” may not.
