Here's how to sign a SOAP note:
1) Navigate to the SOAP note which you would like to edit.
2) Click the orange SOAP output button to view the SOAP output.
3) From the completed SOAP note, click the Sign & Save button.

- You must have a provider signature on file to sign a note.
- All portions of a note must be completed before signing a note.
