ChiroUp's Scheduling Reporting features two key reports:
- Scheduled Patients: See which patients are on the schedule for a specified time frame.
- Unscheduled Patients: View all patients without upcoming appointments.
These reports give you a quick and comprehensive look at your patient schedule and help identify patients who may need follow-up for their next appointment.
Here's how to access Scheduling Reporting:
1) Select the Reporting tab located in the left-side panel.
2) Select Scheduling.

Scheduled Patients report
The Scheduled Patients Report provides a summary of all patient appointments booked in ChiroUp. By default, it displays all appointments scheduled for the current week.
To view the Scheduled Patients report, simply click Scheduled Patients from the Scheduling Reporting screen.
You will see a synopsis of all appointments for the selected date range, including: patient name, account number, date of birth, treatment type, discipline, clinician, location, appointment date and time, appointment status, booking method, and cancellation reason (if applicable).
Use the filter bars at the top to narrow your search by discipline, treatment, clinician, date range, location, appointment status, booking method, and patient type.
To download and print the report, select the relevant filters and click the Download button. This will download the report as a CSV file.
💡Pro tip:
Click on the patients name within the Scheduled Patients report to be brought directly to their patient record!
Unscheduled Patients report
The Unscheduled Patients report provides an overview of all the patients in your system who do not have an upcoming appointment booked.
To view the Scheduled Patients report, simply click Unscheduled Patients from the Scheduling Reporting screen.
You will see a summary of all patients whose most recent appointment falls within the selected date range and who have no upcoming appointments. This summary includes their name, email, phone, status, clinician, location, last appointment date and time, last appointment status, and how many visits outlined by their care plan are completed and remaining.
Use the filters at the top to filter results by clinician, date, location, last appointment status, and patient status.
To download and print the report, select the relevant filters and click the Download button. This will download the report as a CSV file.
