Provider statistics

Provider Statistics is a potent tool to gauge your clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and overall performance for individual providers. Provider statistics are all derived from post-care survey responses. These stats are linked to the provider on each patient's condition report.

Where do I access Provider Statistics?

🔐 Only Admin and individual provider users‍ have permission to view the Provider statistics.

To access Provider Statistics, navigate to the Reporting tab located in the left-side panel. Select Provider Statistics.

When viewing Provider Statistics, you can also easily switch between provider views using the right-hand side dropdown menu.

What stats are shown in Provider Statistics?

The data located within Provider Statistics derives from all thirty-day Post-Care Survey responses. Let's break down each section:

Overall Outcomes

- Total improvement: calculated from responses to question #1 on the post-care survey— “How much better do you feel as compared to initially?”

- Average # of visits: calculated from responses to question #2 on the post-care survey— "How many treatments have you received?"

- Likelihood to refer‍: calculated from responses to question #4 on the post-care survey— “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?"

- Net promoter score: calculated from responses to question #4 on the post-care survey— “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?"

  • NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. The resulting score can range from -100 to +100.
    • NPS = % Promoters - % Detractors
Promoter Neutral Detractor
9-10 7-8 0-6

- Total reports: the total amount of reports prescribed by that provider.

Overall Patient Satisfaction

The Overall Patient Satisfaction is calculated from responses to question #3 on the post-care survey— “How would you rate your overall experience in our office?"

Condition Statistics Chart

The condition statistics chart offers a comprehensive overview of your treatment record for each condition in the ChiroUp library for which you've prescribed a condition report.

The per-condition breakdown enables you to compare your average improvement rate and average visits (based on post-care survey results) with those of the entire ChiroUp community.

⚠️ The Outcome Tracker‍ must be turned ON for the provider statistics to populate.
