Confirm delivery of emailed condition reports

Here's how to check the status of an emailed report:

1) Navigate to the patient's record using the Search patients bar. 

2) Click on the Activity tab to display their activity feed. 

3) Scroll through to locate the report to view delivery status. 


If delivery was successful:

4) You will see “Delivered on MM/DD/YY” 



If the delivery failed:

5) You will see a Bounced message. 


💡Pro-tip: If the report bounced, simply hover your mouse over the Bounced message to display the reason.
