ChiroUpFinder allows you to easily search for other great providers within the ChiroUp network. If you're looking for somewhere to refer a patient, use ChiroUpFinder to locate another evidence-based provider! 

Here's how to use ChiroUpFinder: 

1) Navigate to ChiroUpFinder under Practice resources

2) Enter the address or zip code you wish to search

3) Filter your results by search radius (5 mi, 10 mi, 20 mi, or 50 mi)

• Clinics are automatically included in the ChiroUpFinder search resource. If you do not wish to have your clinic displayed in ChiroUpFinder, you can opt-out at any time by contacting our support team at support@chiroup.com.
• At this time, ChiroUpFinder is only available for clinics located within the U.S. and Canada
