Thirty days after prescribing a condition report, patients receive an automated post-care survey. Upon completion, their individual results are accessible in the patient record, while summarized data points can be viewed in the Reporting tab of your ChiroUp account.
Here's how to access individual Post care survey responses:
1) From the patient record, click the Activity tab.
2) Then, scroll until you see a previously prescribed condition report. If they have completed the survey, then you will see the green Survey completed button, as shown below. Hover your mouse over the green Survey completed button to display the results.
💡 Pro-tip:
When a patient completes a Post-care survey, you will see a notification on your activity bell, as shown below. Open the bell and click the link to jump straight to the patient record!
