Here’s a simple guide to help you get your content into the right hands, whether you're sending to patients, medical doctors, or attorneys. Follow the tips below to make the most of each newsletter!

Patient Newsletters

These can be used in multiple ways to keep your practice top of mind:

Option 1: Email Using Free Tools

  • Copy and paste the newsletter content into a branded template using free tools like Canva or your practice’s letterhead.
  • Export your patient email list from your EHR or database.
  • Upload that list into a free email marketing platform like Mailchimp or Sender.
  • Customize your subject line, preview text, and hit send!

Option 2: Add It to Your Website as a Blog

  • Copy and paste the content into your website/blog platform.
  • Add a few images to make it visually appealing.
  • Publish it and share the link across your social media channels or via email!

MD & Attorney Newsletters
