This article outlines how to handle Virtual Credit Card payments received from payors.
If you receive payment from an insurance company via a virtual credit card, you can enter and post the ERA as usual. Make sure to select “Credit Card” as the payment method on the ERA for accurate reporting. The ERA will document the payment, so no additional payment entry is required in ChiroUp.
ChiroUp does not currently support processing insurance credit card payments directly in ChiroUp. If you are an NCMIC integrated credit card processing subscriber, you can run the card through your USAePay portal.

After running the card in your USAePay portal, no further action is needed to record the payment in ChiroUp since the payment is recorded in ChiroUp through the ERA.
