If you use NCMIC Integrated Payment Processing in ChiroUp and encounter a “CC Payment Pending” error, this article outlines the steps to resolve the issue.

If you see a CC Payment Pending message after taking a credit card payment, it indicates there was an issue processing the payment.
To determine the payment status:
1. Click Reconcile Payment.
2. Observe what happens next:
- If the payment disappears from your screen, it was not successfully processed.
- If the payment remains on your screen, it was successfully processed.
Here is how to view all of your CC Pending Payments:
Navigate to the Payment Collections Report under Reporting > Billing.
Check the Show Pending option. This will display any CC pending payments in your report!
