The patient record stores all patient-specific details, including contact information, encounter information, their chart, insurance policies, transactions, condition reports, completed surveys, exercises, and more. 

Here's how to find a patient's record: 

1) Navigate to the Search Patients bar at the top of the page. 

2) Type a patient's name into the search bar and select the patient's name to be brought to their record.
