🔐 Only Admin users have permission to delete patient records.
Here's how to delete a patient record:
1) Navigate to the patient's record and select the Edit button.

2) Scroll to the bottom, then select Delete.

3) Press Delete to confirm the permanent removal of the patient record (Select Close if you wish not to continue with this action).

Note!
When you delete a patient, you will no longer be able to access that patient's record. The patients related information, such as appointments, payments, claims, etc will still be visible from places like the schedule, billing module, and reporting.
We recommend only deleting patients if they were created in error! Otherwise, you can mark the patient as Discharged.
