Here's how to delete a patient record:
1) Navigate to the Search patients bar, then search for and select the patient whose record you wish to delete.
2) Click Edit in the patient record, under the General tab.

3) Scroll to the bottom and click Delete.

4) Click Delete to confirm the permanent removal of the patient record.

Or, click Close to exit, canceling this action and retaining the patient record.
Notes:
- Deleting a patient is a permanent action that cannot be undone.
- Only users with the permission role “Admin” can delete patients. Click here to learn how to change a user's permission level.
