Here's how to add a patient:
1) Click the + icon in the Search patients bar.
2) Enter the required patient information.
3) Send any new patient surveys using the Request Info drop down. (We recommend sending Patient Demographics which will collect and add the patient's demographic information to their patient record!)
3) Click Create to save the patient and send any requested surveys.
Done! After clicking Create, you will be brought to this patient’s record, where you can access all patient information— including their demographics, chart, exercises, transactions, insurance information, and more!
💡Pro-tips:
- We recommend adding the patient's first name, last name, primary clinician, email, and phone number to get started!
- To find and access this or any patient’s record at any time, use the Search Patients bar at the top of your screen. This is also where you will go to make any edits to the patient’s information.
