Show or hide upcoming exercises in HealthCom

The HealthCom app and website allow your patients to view their prescribed exercises. 

By default, both Upcoming and Current exercises are displayed for patient view in HealthCom. However, you can elect to show only Current exercises in HealthCom. 


Why would I want to show or hide upcoming exercises in HealthCom?

- Show Current and Upcoming Exercises: This setting allows patients to view current and future exercises on their HealthCom app. This is best for providers who desire a “set it and forget it” option that allows you to progress exercises verbally, with no need to re-access the patient’s file. This is the default setting for all new accounts.

- Show Current Exercises only: This is the option for providers who do not want their patients to see “upcoming” exercises in the app. With this option, the progression of exercise plans will require that providers manually move exercises from the “upcoming” queue into the “current” column.

 
 

How to show or hide upcoming exercises in HealthCom

1) Navigate to the profile icon on the top right of the screen, and select User Settings.

2) Select the Report Preferences tab and toggle the Display Current and Upcoming Exercises on Patient App to your desired setting, then press Save. (Toggle ON to display both current and upcoming. Toggle OFF to display only current).
